What is MOAB?

Also known as Leucic Acid, HICA (alpha hydroxyisocaproic acid) is another metabolite of Leucine that supports muscle growth and reduces muscle breakdown. Research has shown that epicatechin can enhance muscle gains by increasing follistatin and decreasing myostatin.
